Yes you made a mistake somewhere.

Sorry  I don't speak German so will refrain from
trying to help you as that would cause too many problems
of its own.

Ghostscript works - it works well on all platforms so you must
have done something wrong somewhere - sadly if you're a Unix
user you will have to read all the docs and that does take time.
But that's the choice you made when choosing Unix.

OR - you may be able to find a pre-compiled version that works
on your system - that's what I'd do first.

I find Ghostscript to be far superior to the Adobe software for
my purposes. (font problems not withstanding!)
