Command Parameters to Convert .PDF Files to .JPEG Files

I've used the following command but for some reason it doesn't convert the .pdf files. gswin32c -sDEVICE=jpeg file.pdf -sOutputFiles=file%%d.jpg does anybody know what parameters should be passed in order to convert .pdf files to .jpeg files? Thanks.
