Need help with PDF files on OpenVMS

Hello,

I need some help with OpenVMS PDF files.
I have PCL files on Alpha server. They contain text, graphic, and some 
accented characters.

What I need is to view them on a client side.
It can be conversion them to PDF (on server side), creating new PDF files
(on server side) or view original PCL files (on client side).

I'll appreciate any ideas.
