postscript level 3 fonts?

PostScript level 3 asks for more fonts than level 2.  I wonder if URW
would be willing to donate these fonts as well, since they are now
"standard".  We could at least ask?

The only mention I was able to find for this is back in 2000:

where a support rep from artifex says "probably not", but I don't get
the feeling anyone has actually asked.
