Ghostrscript/GhostPDL 9.18 Release Candidate 1

I have created archives (and Ghostscript Windows installers) for the first
release candidates for Ghostscript and GhostPDL 9.18, and they are
available here:

Please give them a try on your system if you're interested in helping
test the release-in-progress. Your feedback is appreciated.

Of particular note for anyone using the PCL and XPS products, the bulids
for those are now integrated into the Ghostscript build system properly.
Needless to say, this has been a fairly significant change!
