Re: Ghostrscript/GhostPDL 9.18 Release Candidate 1

Actually, I have found a missing dependency which is *probably* the source
of this problem. I committed a change (as well as one other) here:
http://git.ghostscript.com/?p=ghostpdl.git;a=commitdiff;h=064cb196

And I've included that change on the release branch.
