Does anybody know when/if

would appear in a release?

It enables a "staple" option for printers that have a stapler.

Hin-Tak Leung Uploaded a patch 
(http://bugs.ghostscript.com/attachment.cgi?id=12348&action=diff), but I 
can't figure out from Bugzilla or Git what happens next or where it 
would appear.
