well, but it seems to work somehow, at least I can see the content
now, even though encoding is not correct :)

sorry, I forgot to attach link to sample document:

http://nik.lbox.cz/download/odmeny.pdf

in the meantime, I installed pdf editor and examined source and produced
file in more detail (as well as with pdffont) and seems that after all, problem
can be in fonts:

root@apostclient:/tmp/pp2 # pdffonts odmeny2.pdf
name type encoding emb sub uni object ID
------------------------------------ ----------------- ---------------- --- --- --- ---------
JNUFFB+MyriadPro-Regular CID Type 0C Identity-H yes yes yes 13 0
DTVGDH+ArialMT CID TrueType Identity-H yes yes yes 9 0
Helvetica Type 1 Custom no no no 20 0
IVUYJI+MyriadPro-Regular Type 1C WinAnsi yes yes no 16 0

this is the gs produced pdf. examining file in pdf editor shows that problematic part is the one
with Helvetica font, with "Custom" encoding.. however how to proceed with this information,
I don't know yet :)
