Ghostscript/GhostPDL 9.22 Release Candidate 2

After some problems discovered by those testing the first release
candidate (if I missed anyone who reporting something: many thanks!),
and some issues found in our internal QA, I have created archives (and
Ghostscript Windows installers) for a second release candidates for
Ghostscript and GhostPDL 9.22, and they are available here:

Please give them a try on your system if you're interested in helping
test the release-in-progress. Your feedback is appreciated.
