gswin32 with fax support

Anyone have a win 32 copy of ghostscript (gswin32c.exe) that supports device
"dfaxhigh"?  Most any version 6.50 or higher should work.

I'm trying to update ghostscript in an ancient copy of Faxware.  I suppose I
could try building it myself, but I'm hoping to avoid that.
