Ghostscript/GhostPDL 9.25 Release Candidate 1

Due to a couple of problems with widely used features we discovered
shortly after 9.24 was released, we have opted to press ahead with a
another release, rather than wait the usual 6 months.

So, I have created archives (and Ghostscript Windows installers) for the
first release candidates for Ghostscript and GhostPDL 9.25, and
they are available here:

Please give them a try on your system if you're interested in helping
test the release-in-progress. Your feedback is appreciated.
