Ghostscript/GhostPDL 9.26 Release Candidate 1

We're doing an extra, earlier release this time: there were a couple of
security issues came up a while after the 9.25 release, plus the results
of "internal audits", that we'd prefer not to wait until next March
before rolling out.


I have created archives (and Ghostscript Windows installers) for the
first release candidates for Ghostscript and GhostPDL 9.26, and
they are available here:

Please give them a try on your system if you're interested in helping
test the release-in-progress. Your feedback is appreciated.

P.S. the news section in the documentation has not been updated yet: as
this is purely security and a few bug fixes, there are no new features,
and no API changes to report - the news section will reflect that
properly come the release (or rc2).
