I myself don't want to support case insensitiveness.

ps2pdf iii.eps iii.pdf
gswin32 colorcir.ps
gswin32 --permit-file-read="C:/Windows/Fonts/*" article9.ps

are OK.

gswin32c test.ps
fails with
Error: /invalidfileaccess in --run--
as it should do.
