In the meantime, could I get you to check your license compliance, 
please? I don't immediately see you as being a commercial client of 
Artifex, which means you should be complying with the terms of the GNU AGPL.

As such, it sounds to me like the source code for your entire 
application should be available to download. Can you point me at a URL 
where I can download that, please?
