I won't be touching it, if someone else wants to I'll provide advice and

Ghostscript is (has been for decades) released at 6 monthly intervals, 
the 10.05.0 release was in March, so the next release, currently 
expected to be 10.06.0 will be in September. Barring disasters, obviously.

Out of band security fixes (the third 'patch' number) only include the 
commits required to address security issues.
