Hi all,

I've made a v0.4 release of jbig2dec to coincide with the AFPL  
Ghostscript 8.11 release. The only major changes are related to  
Ghostscript integration, so if you're not compiling jbig2dec into  
Ghostscript, there's no particular reason to upgrade from v0.3.

As usual the release is available from the project download page on  
sourceforge:
