JBIG2 spec typo section 7.4.7.5

There appears to be a cut-and-paste error in the JBIG2 spec, both the 
final candidate draft and the ISO version. In table 35, the parameters 
to use decoding a generic refinement region segment, it references 
section 7.4.6.2 for the GRTEMPLATE and TPGRON flags, but that is
the section for the generic region header, not refinement regions.

I assume 7.4.7.2 was intended. Do you concur? Is there an errata
page somewhere?
