Hi, I'm trying to use ghostscript as a process to produce pdfs on a mac os x 10.2.4 and ghostscript 7.05 and 8.00. The problem is that accented letters (I'm European...) are not represented correctly for all truetype fonts present in the system, including Helvetica, Times and all other basic postscript fonts when opening the pdf with Acrobat reader or Preview. Notably I get very good results when I use postscript fonts available on my os 9 environment. Do I've to compile ghostscript with special option to have it use Truetype fonts? Or, do I need to change some ghostscript font definition in Fontmap or similar? And, if yes, how to change it? nino
