I have no strong objections to this, but it was deliberate that 
the dw*.c files did not use any special headers apart from 
errors.h, iapi.h and gdevdsp.h.  Igor later added vdtrace.h.  
This was to make sure that it was possible for other users of 
the ghostscript DLL to require only those 3 (4) files.
