At least ColorRendering resources supplied with CPSI don't do so.
Another interesting example is Adobe Resource/ProcSet/AdobeTypeComposer :

        systemdict/languagelevel known{false setglobal}if

I have no strong preference about GS color space resources,
but I don't like to do changes without having a strong reason.
If you've got a good reason, please inform me.
