I don't think that's a problem at the moment. It's not like we're 
drowning in volunteer patches for new features.

More importantly, Projects.htm is a record of feature requests and our 
ideas about them. Preserving this information helps maintain 
institutional memory of Ghostscript's development in the face of 
changing responsibilities and fallible human memory and is part of our 
custodianship of the code. I think it's important to keep from that 
point of view.

That said, as the documentation maintainer I think we have too much 
documentation, so I'd be happy to ax the file and move all the entries 
back into the bug tracker. :-)
