The bug 687244 "wrong interpretation of negative mediabox coordinates"
appears in the PDF interpreter.
I've patched it with
http://www.ghostscript.com/pipermail/gs-cvs/2004-January/004028.html
Please review.

I didn't make it highly optimal because my knowledge of
this stuff isn't perfect. Maybe you can make it better.
