No changes are required in the display device logic.  The display
device already enumerates the separation names.  The new enumeration
logic will be used as part of the GC enumeration for the separation
names data.

Note:  I get a rangecheck in fill if I try the test file with the
display device (DisplayFormat=16#a0800).  This occurs with and without
this change.  I do not know the cause.
