    Fix st_device_vector_max_ptrs.
    
    This should be +4, not +3, but this value appears to be pretty
    much unused, so nothing matters at the moment. It is used by
    st_device_psdf_max_ptrs, but nothing uses that either.
    
    We may remove both of these definitions in future.
