    pdfwrite - Fix typo in on=-page checks for annotations with PDF/X
    
    Bug #698765 "PDF/X Compliance Check Fails with Ghostscript generated PDF"
    
    The upper-right y bound check was incorrect, leading to an incorrect
    decision that an annotation was off the page.
