    Rewritten version of squeeze2html.pl
    
    This works with the latest memento, and gives nicer results in
    the browser.
    
    Invoke using something like:
    
      MEMENTO_SQUEEZEAT=1 membin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o /dev/null
         in.pdf |& perl toolbin/squeeze2html.pl -q | gzip -9c > out.html.gz
