Problem with reading Ghostscript exported PDFs in Adobe Reader 6

Hello,

I'm having a problem when exporting a PS file to a PDF in
Ghostview/Ghostscript and reading the file in Adobe Reader 6.  Acrobat
Reader 5 views the output PDF fine (identical to the PS file), however in
version 6, I get lots of boxes throughout the document (overlapping with the
text of the document, in blank lines/areas, etc.).  The output (exported)
PDF file is identical to the PS when viewed with Ghostview, so the PDF file
itself appears "good"/"clean."

Program versions:
	Ghostview 4.4
	Ghostscript 8.11

I'm guessing this could be a font issue, but am not sure about the specifics
(ie. how to resolve it, etc.).  Any suggestions?
