[bug #68326] [grotty] buffers entire output into memory for unpaginated documents

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #68326 (group groff):

Given this man page is essentially a reference manual I wondered how it would
work as hyperlinked pdf. The attached pdf is just a sample, the real monster
is here:-

If you think this is a goer, happy to send you the little script which added
the hyperlinks to configuration.nix.5, although it would be better if you
incorporate what it does into your own script.
