Subject: [PATCH] Add missing "'\" t" line to man pages

  The lintian(1) in the Debian distribution reports a warning when the
preprocessor 'tbl' is needed and the first line in a man page does not
begin with

'\" t

  See man(1), chapter "DEFAULTS".

  Fixes bug #68378 .
