    [grohtml]: Wrap heap allocations with try/catch.

    Be more fastidious with heap-allocated memory.

    * src/devices/grohtml/post-html.cpp: Use ISO C++98 exceptions to handle
      heap storage allocation failures.  Preprocessor-include C++ "<new>"
      header file.
