Follow-up Comment #17:

OK, so hdtbl worked (with minor misrendering until groff 1.24.0) with gropdf
since gropdf's debut in groff 1.22.1.  Thus, per my reasoning in comment #5, I
think there is nothing about gropdf and hdtbl to NEWS, even retroactively;
I've removed that part of the Summary accordingly.

The remaining questions are:
1. Did hdtbl work with -Tdvi in groff 1.20?
2. If so, is this significant enough to warrant altering the 1.20 NEWS item
that reads "with `-Tps' only"?
If the answer to question 2 is no, question 1 is moot and this ticket can be
closed.
