Discovered while doing an in-tree build and not bothering to set `DESTDIR`.
Instead of removing existing groff.info* files in /usr/share/info, it removed
them from "/doc/" instead, which is probably a no-op.  Worse, it could leave
stale Info "chunk" files (groff.info-1, groff.info-2, and so on), on the
system.

Problem introduced by me in commit d79c3f3a4a, 2021-11-11.
