Follow-up Comment #3, bug #68412 (group groff):

I never intended "Groff PDF features" to be rendered by grotty, its purpose is
to produce documentation which can be viewed as a pdf,  much the same as the
old "pdfmark.ms" was used to produce pdf only documentation.
