Follow-up Comment #26:

Deri pointed out in a non-Savannah-comment that I forgot to take the `if`
conditional out of my "EXPERIMENTS/bd-S-B-3.roff" (or ensure the condition
evaluated true), so my findings in comment #23 predicated on its outcome are
not valid.

Damn it.

Will re-do and advise.
