[bug #68597] doc/ms.ms.in: document does not render correctly

Follow-up Comment #10, bug #68597 (group groff):

Thanks for taking the pains to explain this to me, Branden. I would suggest
removing the home directory from groff's tmac search path. If the user wants
it, he may just specify that in the GROFF_TMAC_PATH variable.
