[eqn]: Fix Savannah #68601.
Fix generation of 'neqn' script on Alpine Linux.
* src/preproc/eqn/eqn.am (neqn): Use two separate 'sed' invocations, as
BusyBox 'sed' ignores '-e' options if a '-f' option is present.
