Hi GSRC maintainer(s),

I noticed the following description of groff at the GSRC package
list.[1]

Please synchronize this description with the one we maintain at the
groff home page.

These sentences are arranged in priority order, so if you need to
economize space, please drop the last sentence, and if necessary repeat
that process until the description fits.
