Re: Aspect dependencies

You might want to check out the paper we presented at the last AOSD  
conference:

Jörg Kienzle and Samuel Gélineau: "AO Challenge - Implementing the  
ACID properties for Transactional Objects", in proceedings of the 5th  
International Conference on Aspect-Oriented Software Development, ACM  
Press, March 2006, p. 202 - 213.

It describes a case study in which we combine 10 aspects in order to  
implement the atomicity, consistency, isolation and durability  
properties of transactional objects. What is interesting about the  
design is that the 10 aspects are individually reusable, some depend  
on others, and some interfere with others.
