Hi In the context of large complex software systems, can competing crosscuts influence the order of operation in a software system? If so, what evidence exists for this? I think that there would be a good link with security-related 'aspects' here as well as software failure. Also, I think this is partly an architectural question. Perhaps if headline aspects are properly arranged then it might be possible to reduce the likelihood of software failure occurring at a system level. I'd appreciate some dialogue on this subject.
