Re: Who is using AOP in industry?

Wicca is a research prototype (read: not ready for primetime).  You might be
interested in a more mature framework such as Compose* (composestar.sf.net),
PostSharp (www.postsharp.org), or EOS (http://www.cs.iastate.edu/~eos/).
Also, you might want to look at the Policy Injection Application Block
introduced by Microsoft at ICSE 2007
(http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Bb410104.aspx), which supports
composition filters-style AOP.
