need programer for project - good $$$ for right programer

I need a programer in the greater Los Angeles/Long Beach area (the 
closer to Long Beach the better). The project is to develop a Music 
Tutor program that will be unlike any out there and way ahead of its 
time. User's will learn music several times faster than with any 
other method. I have the idea fully outlined and patented and it is 
without a doubt hands down straight genious. My objective is to be 
the dominant music learning software in the world - and with this 
program it can be done - and alot of money can be made. Im the right 
person for this project cuz of the way i think and the way i 
approached this problem now i need the right programer for the job. 
Someone with some kind of time and someone that will believe in this 
like I do and commit to excellence even after version 1.0 is created 
we cant stop there but must continue to strive for the ultimate 
music tutoring program. The cash will follow of course. This 
shouldnt take too long to get to a version 1.0 and be marketable.
