Hello All, 
  I'm trying to obtain the Ground state energy of bipolaron fro 
this, I need to minimize a function with nine variables. I tryed to 
used simplex method powel and the the other but none give me good 
results. Now I want to use Genetic Algorithm. Can you provide me 
code in C for genetic Algorithm?
