Sounds like a medical research project. I have an
old, and mostly unused Bachelor of Medical Science 
degree. (Physiology - artificial ventilation).

What's your interest in glottal flow?

Sorry, can't help you there, but I'm interested in this
sort of mathematical code as well.  If you locate code
to do this, please let me know about it.
