2X2 Splitter Wnd, all views different

I want to create a 2 rows * 2 Cols splitter window STATICALLY and not dynimacally as above with each subwindow having a different view. Could anybody suggest me regarding this?
 
I am able to do both of the following:
 
  1
------
2 | 3
 
and 
 
1 | 2
------
  3
 
but not 2X2 with different views.
 
Calling wm_size in Mainframe.cpp should help but I am not able to utilize it. Any suggestion is welcome!
