UMTS RAN SW Development Engineer Opportunities!

UMTS RAN SW Development Engineer you will be a part of a development 
team responsible to provide RAN Systems, RBS, RNC, CADE, and Cello 
SME development support. Responsibilities include: 

Establishment of the development center, including implementation of 
all development support systems, Clear Case, SDE /CADE. Initial 
design and test reviews RAN Systems development.  Support for 
related activities, including Lab design, installation and 
integration.  This position requires extensive travel. 

**Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent U.S. resident 
("Green card" holder), or otherwise qualify as a "U.S. Person" 
pursuant to 22 CFR § 120.15. 


Requirements 

*Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 
Telecommunications, or Computer Science. 
*Knowledge of UMTS RAN Systems and Development Support Systems. 
*UMTS Competence required. 
*WCDMA Radio Access Network (RAN) System Knowledge, air interface 
protocols and procedures, transport network design, ATM and IP 
protocols and procedures 
*2 - 5 years of experience in UMTS development. 
*Development competence required: Solaris UNIX, Clearcase, C++, Java 
(JBuilder in particular), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Real-Time 
Operating System (RTOS) based design, OSE Delta, Rational 
development and test tools - RoseRT, TestRT, Purify, PureCoverage, 
Quantify, Perl, TTCN, XML. 
*In-depth troubleshooting skills. 

Potential need for 3-4 mos. training in Sweden 

Relocation package is available. 

Salary Range: $80-100,000.00
