breaking up the security of proxy server

hi this is ashish

first of all HELLO .....to everybody..

these days im doing the project over network security

can anyone tell me how to hack the security of the proxy server....i mean 2 say if there r some restricted sites..and someone wants to open those sites..how can he do  this??? 

  plz suggest me some idea.....

actually i want to strengthen the security of my institute proxy server......
