a Permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Develop software
applications, graphical user interfaces, databases,device drivers, and
other system components, in the field of vehicle communications and
diagnostics. Works with other developers on larger projects or
individually, with technical supervision, on smaller projects. Analyze
customer and marketing requirements and develop software specifications,
Develop design documentation, including class diagrams,function
descriptions, flow charts, data structures. Develop and debug new
software modules, databases and other system components. Maintain
existing software modules, databases, and other system components.
Interface with supervisor, other team members and other departments to
coordinate project activities. Develop test plans, test routines, and
test data for unit and integration testing. Perform unit testing, and
provide support for software validation. Provide status and progress
reports to Engineering Management. Provide technical support to Sales,
Manufacturing, Service and customer support as needed.
