aggressively growing hardware and software development company creating
innovative security solutions. They are looking for experienced,
self motivated individuals. The developer should have real world
expereince in GUI and web programming.

The developer needs:

2+ years MS server 2003 (or prior version)

2+ years Internet/Intranet web applications

2+ years web applicationsusing Javasceript, CSS, HTML, DHTML

2+ years applications programming in C++ or C#

2+ years applications programming in the .NET environment

1+ years COM,MTS,MSMQ,VB

1+ years XML, XSL, DOM, XHTML, Schema

1+ years ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services

Experience with Database/KML techniquers for data storage and
retreival.

Windows platforms esp. XP,NT2000/20003 server

XSD,COM+DCOM, Active Directory, Active X, SourceSafe, Crystal Reports,
Visio

Salary up to $90k

Project
Manager with an
applications development bckground.

Will build, manage and
maintain applications and systems through best practices and the
appropriate staffing and management of a technical team.

Plan and coordinate the
processes required for the provision of business applications and systems
necessarty for supporting business unit operations.

Apply communications and
problem solving skills to actively assist the management and marketing
teams on issues related to the design, development, deployment and
operation of mission critical information and software systems.

A track record of leading a
team to bring a finished product to market is a must.

Salary up to $120k
