My company (we're in Northants/Oxon/Bucks area of UK) is looking for a programmer with the sort of experience shown below but we're not sure how to find one! Experience has shown that using the agencies often results in quite a lot of time and money wasted looking at people who are totally unsuited to the customer's requirements, so I would like some suggestions as to where to place our jobspec.
