Job Description: Person will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing the results of usability tests, focus groups, and user interviews.
  Skills Required: Working knowledge of human-centered design process and techniques and user research methodologies including usability testing.
  Skills Desired: Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in writing UI specifications and style guides.
   
   
  Position: Manager – Program Management
   
  Job Experience: 6+ yrs in PM
  Location: New Jersey
  Education: BE/MBA from reputable institutions.
                        PMI certified preferred.
   
  Job Description: Planning, execution and delivery of designated product. Guide Product Development and Quality Engineering in delivering against key milestones and Marketing with product launch.
  Skills Required: Experience in market analysis, customer feedback to development, product specifications, and feature prioritization, RDBMS concepts including Database designing and normalization.
  Skills Desired: Involved in Product Management/support/sales of known ERP/CRM/SCM/Data warehousing applications.
